Parfois rejoint par les poissons, les crustac\u00e9s et les coquillages. Chaque ingr\u00e9dient na\u00eet de la saison et du lieu : jardin, verger, plantes sauvages, rivage \u00e0 mar\u00e9e basse. Cru, ferment\u00e9, poch\u00e9, grill\u00e9, fum\u00e9 ou brul\u00e9, cuit sur une pierre ou au fond d&rsquo;un Kamado, c&rsquo;est une cuisine instinctive, ultra locale et exp\u00e9rimentale. De mon grand\u2011p\u00e8re paternel, j\u2019ai re\u00e7u l\u2019\u0153il qui cherche l\u2019\u00e9quilibre, l\u2019art des lignes, le go\u00fbt de l&rsquo;harmonie des cama\u00efeux. Entre ces deux mondes, j\u2019ai grandi comme une \u00e9ponge: en absorbant ce qui m\u2019entoure.
